Vinay is a partner in Mahesh C Solanki & Co., Chartered Accountants and in-charge of Chennai branch. In his previous role, Vinay was Partner in various mid-sized CA Firm for nine years specializing in Internal and Statutory Audits.
He has nine years of experience in advising Indian Entrepreneurs and worked with Central and State Government on various projects funded by World Bank. He also has experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audits, Bank Audits, compliance under Companies Act and direct-tax representation before Government Authorities.
